When we look at our fellow humans so often we see right through them. And every once in a while there is an interaction that really touches us indelibly and leaves an impression. But through all our differences, there is a human element effecting and shaping the world around us. Stop and take a moment to really look at the people you encounter today, and find what you have in common. Because it's the human element that really matters. Today's pictures were taken at Glendale Community College on November 22nd.

The man behind the camera, or Sean-Michael, it's all good to me!
This project is one of many for me, but it is the one which most closely has captured my heart.

I am amazed at the depth of thought, clarity of understanding, and true sharing from each participant. It is a gift to the world.
I ask each to bear their thoughts and themselves to the world through my lens. Thank you for sharing a part of your identity with the world in this way. Together, I believe we create a more openly diverse and welcoming place for all human beings.
